The following day we explored more of Seattle and then packed for the climbing portion of our trip.
We made it to Elysian Brewery!
I actually didn’t like their pre-made flights so I just mixed and matched on my own.
I had the Mortis Sour Persimmon Ale.
I also tried the Perseus Porter and the Dragonstooth Stout.
While touring Seattle we also got to check out the Freemont Troll, apparently a local tourist staple.
For dinner, I decided that we needed to go to Brouwer’s Cafe.
An impressive selection. I had the Liefman’s Cuvee Brut and the Sinister 7 Bourbon Barrel Brown. (Did inot take pictures of these beers?! How unusual!)
Almost like a little slice of Belgium, complete with Manneken Pis. (Little Boy Pissing)
